The most useful message you can send us is a correction. Every figure on this site comes from a manufacturer’s published document, and those documents change — ratings get revised, products get discontinued, spec pages get rewritten. If something here no longer matches the source, we want to know.
A link to the manufacturer page helps enormously. It lets us check the claim against the same document you read and fix the page the same day rather than going looking for it.

There is no phone number, and that is not an omission — Steel Slat is a publisher with no premises and no storefront. We do not sell products, hold stock, or handle orders, so we cannot help with a delivery or a warranty claim. For those, contact the retailer or the manufacturer directly.

What happens next
Corrections go through the process on our editorial policy page: we check the claim against the source document, correct the page if it is wrong, and update its last-checked date. If the change affects a ranking, we say so on the page rather than editing it quietly.
